SpendLedger is a personal finance management application that helps you track income, expenses, savings goals, and lending/borrowing activities. The App provides tools for budgeting, analytics, and financial planning.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

5. Subscriptions and Payments

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app store settings
• Refunds are subject to the policies of the respective app store
• We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with reasonable notice

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are the exclusive property of Savitar Global and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any data or content you submit through the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

We do not claim ownership of your financial data, messages, or personal information.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Accuracy or reliability of any information provided

SpendLedger is a financial tracking tool and does not provide financial advice. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Savitar Global shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Savitar Global operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
